Nolan Galloway III is a Florida native and an avid outdoorsman. He is very active in his church
including playing the drums in the church band. After Graduating from the University of Florida
in 2003 with a Master of Science in Real Estate Nolan continued his education in the field of
Geographical Information Systems (GIS). In 2004, he completed all coursework necessary to
receive his certification in GIS.
GIS is software that deals with land and all of its associated attributes. This powerful technology
provides very effective tools for capturing, analyzing, and displaying spatial data that is crucial
to real estate sales and planning. GIS can be used to create detailed maps that can display
comparable sale properties, wetlands onsite, topographical information, and many other attributes

Nolan specializes in acreage, commercial, and investment real estate in north-central Florida. He
has completed real estate transactions in Marion, Sumter, Levy, Dixie, and Alachua Counties. His
